RL Commercial REIT, Inc. ("RCR") is a real estate company established in the Philippines. The amendment to the Corporation’s Articles of Incorporation to reflect the change in name from "Robinsons Realty and Management Corporation" to "RL Commercial REIT, Inc." was filed on 27 April 2021, and is currently pending approval with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Our Company shall operate as a Real Estate Investment Trust, upon compliance with the requirements of the REIT Law and its implementing rules and regulations.
