Kerwin Max S. Tan

Kerwin Max S. Tan is a Director and Treasurer of RL Commercial REIT, Inc. since August 2021.  He is the Chief Financial, Risk and Compliance Officer of Robinsons Land Corporation effective March 1, 2016. He is also the Chief Finance, Compliance, and Information Officer and Director of Altus Property Ventures, Inc. Previously, he was appointed as the Vice President - Treasurer of Robinsons Land Corporation in October 2014 and Vice President and Deputy Treasurer of Robinsons Land Corporation in January 2014.  Before this assignment, he was the Vice President for Operations of Robinsons Land Corporation Residences effective March 1, 2007. Prior to working in Robinsons Land Corporation, he worked in various divisions of Citibank N.A. for nine years. His last position at Citibank N.A. was Assistant Vice President and Head of Cash Management Operations. He received a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
